We use a pole that feeds pure water to a soft brush. It scrubs and rinses in one pass, and the glass dries without spots. No ladders against your stucco.
Second-story windows
The pole reaches upper-floor glass from the ground. You do not need a ladder on a slope, and we never walk on your roof.
White sprinkler spots
Sprinklers leave white mineral spots. Light spots come off in a normal clean. Heavy ones take extra work, and we quote that from a photo first.

Common questions
Do you charge for hard-water spots?
Light spotting comes off in a normal clean. Heavy mineral deposits, the white crust left by sprinklers, need extra work. We quote that from a photo before we start, typically from about $6 per window on top. We never add it without asking.
Do you clean second-story windows?
Yes, from the ground. We use a water-fed pole that reaches upper-floor glass without a ladder, so it is safe on slopes and around landscaping and HOA-friendly. Two-story homes are priced a little higher because the pole work takes longer.
Do you clean the inside?
Interior glass is an add-on. Tick it in the quote and it is included in your price.
What about screens and tracks?
Add "screens and tracks" and we remove and wash the screens and clean the window tracks, which is where most of the dirt that blows in ends up.
