How we clean
We use the same method as our home service. A pole feeds pure water to a soft brush. It scrubs and rinses in one pass, and the glass dries without spots. Ordinary tap water can leave spots. The USGS Water Science School says hard water is high in dissolved minerals, largely calcium and magnesium. We stay on the ground, so there are no ladders against your walls and nobody walks on your roof. OSHA says non-self-supporting ladders must be used at an angle where the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder is approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder. That takes space that a sidewalk or parking lot storefront often lacks.
What it costs

How much does commercial window cleaning cost?
We quote each building after we know the glass count and how dirty it is. There is no set price list for businesses. The quote is free and you do not need to call. Send the request form and we reply to the mobile number you give.
Do you clean the inside too?
Outside glass from the ground is the main job. If you want inside glass too, say so in the notes and we will tell you in the quote.
Can you clean upper floors?
We work from the ground with a water-fed pole. If the glass is beyond what the pole reaches from the ground, we will say so in the quote. We do not do high-rise work.
Can you clean on a repeat schedule?
Yes. Say how often you want it, such as monthly or every 3 months, and we will quote that.
