- Prices are per visit and are based on what you tell us. If the home differs a lot (more windows, heavy buildup, hard-water deposits), we text you before starting.
- Plans repeat on the schedule you choose (every 3 months, every 4 months, twice a year). Plan prices are locked per visit until you change your home or we tell you in advance. Pause or cancel by text, no fee.
- We clean from the ground only. We do not go on roofs, and we do not clean panels on two-story roofs.
- Payment is due after each visit unless you have saved a card for automatic billing.
- If weather stops a visit, we reschedule at no charge. Please clear plants and objects from the glass and make sure we can reach a faucet or tell us if we should bring water.
- If you are not happy with a clean, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and fix it.
